If money isn’t an issue, I would encourage you to go to India… there are so many things to do and it’s a beautiful country =]

Guatemala is a very good choice it has the lake atitlan with three volcanoes around it so beautiful views, tikal (the Mayan ruins) great hotels, the beaches from izabal (fishing), the antigua Guatemala(it was the first city founded by spain people in america, etc. All those places have great hotels not expensive and you can buy beautiful and cheap crafts and souvenirs; so you can see the Guatemalan web pages and ask for inf. and if you choose it im sure you will like it and you will return, so good luck in your trip!!!

No commercialized, easy communication, easy travel tropical spot… hard to find the ideal one.

Singapore… easy to communicate, many good food and moderate culture, but highly commercialized. No fishing I think.

Malaysia… easy, but not really easy to communicate, not really easy to travel, but many interesting culture and food. A lot place to fish, but again, not easy to travel.

Indonesia… not easy to communicate and travel, but alot interesting culture and food, and spot to fish… may be the most ideal spot is Manado (Bunaken. good spot for snorkeling and diving), Flores, and Bali (a lot tourist went to those spot)

Thailand… not easy to travel and communicate, but alot interesting culture, food and spot to fish.

Vietnam…the same, I don’t know about the communication environment for english spoken person.

Hongkong…may be easier to communicate in English. Good food, good culture, i don’t know about fish.

Solomon Island or New Guinea… completely clueless, but I think there are a lot interesting spots to fish.
