Which one is better: BALI or HAWAII?

So, my bf, my bro, and his gf have saved plenty of money for this vacation. Four of us still have not made up our mind though. My bf suggests that we all go to Hawaii, but my bro thinks that Bali is much better option.

Anyway, what do you all think then? Which destination would be more expensive and costly, btw? How much should we prepare for Bali or for Hawaii? What’s the benefit of travelling to Bali instead of Hawaii (and vice versa)?

Bali…unless you hit the smaller islands, Hawaii is MUCH too touristy..plus its high season and so it will be packed.
Go to Bali..exotic and gorgeous!!

I’ve been to both. Hawaii is really nice, clean, but expensive and very touristy. Bali is also nice, but much more of a 3rd world country. It’s a nice cultural experience. The hotels are nice, most staff speak English. And it’s MUCH cheaper. Bali gets my vote. As far as terrorism goes, when your numbers up, it time, wherever you are! Have a nice holiday, wherever you go!!

Hawaii Vacations
Never been to Bali, but Hawaii is gorgeous. The mountains, the ocean, the greenery. You can rent a cottage since you’re all traveling together. Good deals if you look. Don’t forget to try a lunch plate from one of the many lunch wagons along your cruise around the island. Lots of food at a great price.

Go to Oahu, Hi!! I have been there six times, and love, love,love it!! Never been to Bali.

Bali is real cheap, Hawaii is safer. Your choice. To me I rather stay in the states when possible. Both are nice. If you go to Bali you cna live like kings/queens. But to me home is hawaii, so i’m biased. And honestly, to prevent conflict, I’d go with the bf, your bro will have fun in Hawaii.

I’d say Hawaii…not only because I’m from here…but because Maui was dubbed the world’s best island…and Maui, compared to Oahu (where Honolulu is), is not so crowded by tourists…
Why is it better to travel to Hawaii instead to Bali…people here speak English fluently, because you’re still in America…so you experience a different culture even if you did not leave your country…
